Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for day to day administrative duties of CSM Financial under the direction of the Finance Associate.
Responsibilities:
- Process various transactions for financial services and truck leasing businesses

Support business leaders to improve process efficiency

Perform other related tasks as assigned by the business segment leadership
Duties:
-
Administer fuel tax reporting, investigate and approve invoices, vehicle titling and registration, etc.

Administer loan processing including scheduling ACH batches, NSF payment reversals, loan modifications, collections, etc.

Deposit check receipts
-
Process rental check-outs and check-ins
-
Create new customer records from incoming credit applications
-
Other office duties as assigned
Education, Skills, Experience:
-
Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field required
-
Prior experience in equipment financing or leasing is a plus
-
Good understanding and knowledge of common accounting concepts
-
Ability to learn systems applications
-
Preferred software experience: Excel
-
Strong organizational skills
-
Attention to fine detail and accuracy
- Excellent written, verbal, and customer communications skills

The ability to prioritize and handle several tasks simultaneously
Work Environment, Physical Demands:
-
Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis

Ability to work in a dealership environment to include 8 - 12 hour days with frequent exposure to weather elements
