Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Specialist will perform quality assurance functions under the Program Director's supervision. Will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing LCS (Lummi Counseling Services) client files and documentation. Ensure the 'golden thread' is being followed and that timelines are met, signatures are present and that all documentation are in full compliance with Lummi, State and/or Federal Regulations and licensing requirement for Substance Use Disorder services. Duties include, but are not limited to, conducting on-going internal auditing of clinical files and record keeping of client information. Report findings to LCS Program Director, who will communicate to Clinical Supervisor for correction and quality improvement. Prepare for on-site audits and assist auditors when they are conducting program audit. Will also provide outpatient Substance Use Disorder Professional counseling to tribal members seeking treatment for substance addictions.
