Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure safe and hygienic environments.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and applying floor finishing treatments to preserve flooring quality.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated schedules while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist with housekeeping management duties when needed, including inventory checks of cleaning supplies and coordinating with team members
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards is advantageous.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and perform manual handling tasks as required for moving furniture or equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills for client interaction and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and sanitation procedures ensures optimal performance in the role.
