Job Overview
We are seeking skilled production processor to join our dynamic team with order fulfillment for a recreational cannabis farm. My team produces between 350 - 400 lbs of finished product weekly and with multiple strains. This job offer is year-round and my team works full time every week. As a production processor, task will include bucking product off of branches and some minimal clean up on machined product with certain selected strains. All task are to be completed with product that consistantly meets quality standards for order fulfillment. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively, complete personal daily goals, and consistently attend the full time schedule offered.
Work Location amenities:
-Large work facility with heating and air conditioning.
-Break room with: large fridge/freezer, microwaves, air fryer, hot & cold water dispenser
-Bathroom facilities are portable toilets, and are serviced once a week.
Responsibilities
- A Valid OLCC marijuana workers permit with photo ID.
- Reliable transportation.
- Able to commute to the Applegate area for work.
- Must follow direction with quality & examples for each individual strain.
- Efficiently complete task with good time management.
- Capable of completing daily personal goals ( goals are realistic and not obscured).
- Able to stay on task and keep a rapidly steady pace.
- Able to work well with others peers.
- Able to follow any policies/rules on contracted farm.
- Capable of working full time schedule of: Monday - Friday, from 7am - 3:30pm (8 hours daily & 40 hour work week )
