Mandola’s Italian Kitchen is looking for friendly, energetic Bartenders to join our team!
Our Bartenders are focused on providing genuine hospitality and creating a great experience for every guest. This role is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, helping guests navigate our food and drink menus, maintaining an organized bar, and working alongside the team to keep service running smoothly.

What You'll Do
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages
- Learn our food and beverage menus and make recommendations to guests
- Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure proper pacing
- Help drive bar sales through menu knowledge and genuine guest interaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar
- Follow proper pouring standards and responsible alcohol service procedures
- Work closely with the FOH, kitchen staff, and management to provide a great guest experience
- Complete assigned opening, closing, and side work
- Follow all company safety, sanitation, and service standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous bartending and restaurant experience required
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with guests (very important)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Ability to learn and confidently speak about our food and beverage menus
- Alcohol and Food Handler certification as required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and move throughout the restaurant for extended periods
- Ability to bend, reach, and carry items throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
