TRIAD is looking for a dependable, hardworking Restoration & Construction Field Technician to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy working with your hands, and want to build a long-term career in the restoration and construction industry, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Perform demolition, restoration, and reconstruction work on residential and commercial properties
- Assist with water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration projects
- Complete framing, drywall, painting, flooring, trim, and finish carpentry
- Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and team members
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
- Represent TRIAD with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
- Restoration and construction experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
