Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a high level of customer service
- Assist customers with product selection and answer questions
- Educate customers on product features and benefits
- Maintain accurate customer information using our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Work with team members to meet individual and team sales goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Coachable and motivated to grow professionally
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
Pay: $51,909.86 - $62,515.11 per year
