Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care to residents under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN)
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the RN
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

Requirements:

Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
