Line cook
Hopside Brewery is looking to hire a Line Cook to join our team in Alpena! We are a welcoming team and we will provide on the job paid training.
Responsibilities include:
· Prepare and cook food according to our menu and standards
· Maintain a clean and organized area
· Stocking and setting up kitchen stations
· Collaborate with the front of house staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
· Communicate and understand food allergies or special nutritional needs
· Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Additional Requirements:
· Good teamwork skills
· Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with other staff effectively
· Positive, friendly and outgoing personality
· Ability to work on your feet for most of the day and lift 30 pounds at a time
· Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Basic math skills
· Proficient time management skills
