Account Manager (Appleton and Green Bay areas)

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who is ready to take on the responsibility of growing business for Wolf River Propane's and Countrystyle Propane's businesses. REQUIREMENTS:
Not everyone can be an Account Manager. To be seriously considered for the role, please have the following regarding:
Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals and at least 1 year within the energy, propane, or utilities industries, preferred. This is a field sales position, experience in field sales is preferred.
Skills: A proven ability to achieve sales goals. You have a customer first mindset and must be an excellent communicator who can establish and maintain effective relationships with anyone. Lastly, you must be able to negotiate and close deals effectively and work independently and as part of a team.
Characteristics: This is an autonomous position, so you should be self-sufficient and self-motivated. It’s also a results driven role, so you must be energetic, resourceful and hands-on with a strong customer service orientation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Account Manager at Wolf River Propane and Countrystyle Propane, you’ll meet the sales goals on your own, experimenting, learning and adjusting as you go. Along your journey to become the leading platform in the propane space, you’ll be responsible for:
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
Responding to customer inquiries regarding propane services, pricing, delivery schedules, and product offerings.
Collaborating with logistics, operations, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of any billing or operational issues.
Monitoring customer satisfaction and ensuring the company’s services meet or exceed customer expectations.
Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
Subscribing to information sources that keep you informed on industry trends, market pricing, regulatory changes, and technological innovations in the propane industry.
