We are seeking an energetic Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our professional cleaning team. This role involves providing high-quality carpet and floor care services to residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent work ethic, and experience in service based industries. As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and enhancing the appearance of various flooring surfaces using industry-standard equipment and techniques. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in environmental services and commercial cleaning while contributing to a clean and healthy environment for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Operate carpet cleaning machines, extractors, and other floor care equipment efficiently and safely
- Perform carpet stain removal, deep cleaning, and deodorizing treatments
- Follow safety protocols and environmental guidelines during all cleaning procedures
- Inspect work areas to ensure quality standards are met and communicate any issues to supervisors
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition through proper care and routine maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
Qualifications
- Prior experience in janitorial services, custodial work, or environmental services is preferred
- Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques, floor care, buffing, and commercial cleaning is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods
- Reliable work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and professionalism
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team
