Contract Length: 9 Weeks (Potential Extension)
Shifts Available: 12-Hour Day & Night Shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
Pay Rate: $28.00 – $34.00 per hour

Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document resident conditions.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Follow facility policies, safety standards, and infection control guidelines.
Requirements
- Active LPN license required.
- Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts.
