Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in Jasper, United States. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.

Collect and wash soiled dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using manual cleaning methods

Ensure all cleaned items are properly dried and stored in their designated areas

Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including regular cleaning of machines and work surfaces

Assist in keeping the kitchen and dining areas clean and sanitary

Support kitchen staff by restocking clean dishes and utensils as needed

Unload and store deliveries in appropriate storage areas

Empty and clean trash receptacles regularly

Sweep and mop floors, paying special attention to spills and potential hazards

Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures

Assist with other kitchen tasks as assigned by the management team

Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds

Willingness to collaborate with kitchen staff and maintain a positive attitude

Basic understanding of kitchen sanitation and safety practices

Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Food Handler's Certificate required (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe)
