We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team. This role serves as a key point of contact between customers and internal departments, helping ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
MSI is a part of the Delta Print Group, the leading provider of commercial print, mail, and communication solutions in Northern California, with 220+ employees. Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer projects from initiation through completion.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between sales, customers and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up, project updates, and ongoing communication regarding services and marketing programs.
- Provide timely communication and updates regarding project status.
- Enter and maintain project information in company systems.
- Review project details to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with onboarding new customers and gathering required information.
- Coordinate pricing, scheduling, and project-related requests.
- Support internal teams to help meet customer expectations and deadlines.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Identify and resolve issues while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, project coordination, account management, administrative support, operations, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable learning new software and computer systems.
- Ability to work effectively with customers and team members across multiple departments.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer, data entry, and Microsoft Office skills.
Additional Information
- Full-time, hourly, non-exempt position.
- This position is on-site and not remote.
- Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
- Pre-employment assessments may be required as part of the hiring process.
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
