This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brand Performance Support team that deliver responsive and effective support to Hotel Leaders across over 9,000 hotels through close collaboration with many parts of the business! As a Director, Enterprise Initiatives Support - Commercial, you will work with Hilton Commercial Performance teams and the Global Brand Organizations. You will also collaborate with multiple Hilton partners to provide resources that support hotel leaders. These resources will support new openings, conversion ramp-up, performance delivery, and service optimization. On the Enterprise Initiatives Support team reporting to Senior Director Enterprise Initiatives Support, you will support programs including annual RFP processes, Hilton for Business, Global Week of Engagement plus many others.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Work in partnership with Hilton Commercial teams to lead the BPS support of enterprise-wide commercial initiatives and programs. This will ensure maximum participation and compliance at the property level through comprehensive strategy development and implementation.
- Monitor commercial initiative property-level and owner portfolio level adoption and post-launch performance, identify trends, and develop mitigation plans to improve success measures when needed.
- Project manage multiple in-flight and upcoming commercial initiative projects simultaneously.
- Use knowledge of Hilton commercial systems, tools, programs and operations to uncover opportunities to improve property-level commercial performance at scale.
- Lead, oversee, and partner with a Senior Manager across all the commercial initiative support provided through BPS.
How you'll collaborate with others:
- Develop relationships with senior leaders within Brand Management Americas, Commercial Services, Hilton Worldwide Sales and other commercial partners leading enterprise-wide commercial programs and initiatives.
- Represent the voice of property-level and above-property sales teams as it relates to the commercial programs when working with Hilton Commercial teams.
- Be a thought-partner with Hilton Commercial teams to improve the effectiveness and property-level adoptability of commercial initiatives.
- Offer critical and detailed review of hotel-facing commercial resources and communications.
- Design and deliver compelling presentations that translate commercial initiatives into clear, actionable insights and support internal promotion across partners.
Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
- Annual hotel RFP communications, engagement metrics and resource refresh.
- Group Hub materials and resources.
- Quarterly hotel Sales Spotlight e-communication with a focused business need topic.
- Ensure Brand Management Americas teams have what they need to support commercial goals with a variety of stakeholders.
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) or more years of relevant professional experience
- Three (3) years of Hilton Commercial Hospitality experience
- One (1) year in facilitation (both in person and virtual), training and presentation development
- One (1) year experience creating hotel facing resources including job aids, checklists, and implementation guides
- Understanding of meaningful commercial performance data to category, brand and field level hotel industry statistics
- Microsoft 365 proficiency (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Copilot (AI) and OneNote)
- Travel 10% of the time
It would be useful if you have:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
- Three (3) years in hotel sales or revenue management
- Five (5) years of hospitality experience
- Three (3) years of Hilton Branded Hotel experience
Two (2) years of project management experience

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $110,000 – $160,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, and the Company's long-term incentive plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
