We are looking for a motivated, experienced professional to join our collision repair team. This position combines estimating, production management, and parts coordination to keep repairs moving efficiently from start to finish.

Automotive Collision Estimator & Body Shop Manager Responsibilities:
· Write accurate and complete collision repair estimates.
· Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and vendors.
· Order and track parts to ensure timely repairs.
· Manage daily shop workflow and production schedules.
· Assign work to technicians and direct the next repair priorities.
· Monitor repair progress, quality, and cycle times.
· Coordinate supplements and repair plan updates.
· Help maintain a productive, organized, and efficient shop environment.
Automotive Collision Estimator & Body Shop Manager Qualifications:
· Previous collision estimating experience required using CCC ONE
· Strong understanding of collision repair procedures and parts sourcing.
· Leadership skills and the ability to manage shop production.
· Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Valid driver's license and Estimating License in Pennsylvania
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
