Position Overview
We are seeking a sales-focused Sales Associate who is motivated by achieving goals and delivering a high-quality client experience. This role includes membership sales, client engagement, and studio operations, including maintaining a clean and organized environment.
This is a non-exempt, hourly position eligible for commission based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Membership Growth
- Promote and sell memberships, service packages, and add-ons
- Guide prospective clients through the sales process, including studio tours
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
Client Experience
- Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all clients
- Educate clients on services and benefits
- Respond to client questions and concerns in a timely manner
Studio Operations & Cleanliness
- Clean and reset (“flip”) rooms between client sessions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all studio areas
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Interest in health, wellness, or fitness is a plus
