Social Vocational Services (SVS) is an innovative day program that serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our mission is to provide training & support necessary for those who participate in the services to achieve their social, recreational, vocational & residential goals.
We're currently seeking qualified applicants to develop and monitor individual client plans within a Day Program. We are looking for someone with excellent writing and time-management skills. Applicants must also have the ability to deal effectively with staff, clients and outside community. Must have experience working with developmentally disabled adults.
$750 hiring bonus after 60th day of full attendance (must work full shift to be counted towards the 60 days).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee assessment of clients
- Assist in development of client objectives
- Ensure client health and safety issues are addressed at job site
- Set up and monitor client files
- Participate in client service planning meetings
- Write reports on client progress
- Meet with clients to discuss progress
- Communicate effectively with support teams
- Coordinate with consultant services, if any (nutritional, nursing, parenting or behavioral)
- May be required to provide direct service to consumers
- May be required to assume Program Director duties in some circumstances
- Other duties as assigned by the Program Director or Regional Director

Mileage + Incentive
Must obtain & maintain DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance, clean DMV driving record and pass a job related physical.
