Concrete Finishers ($33–$35/hr)

Gillmann Services, Inc. is hiring experienced Commercial Concrete Finishers for ongoing projects in the Cincinnati area. We’re looking for skilled professionals who take pride in quality work and can handle a variety of commercial concrete applications.
Pay:
- $33–$35 per hour (based on experience)
Scope of Work:
- Flatwork, foundation walls, sidewalks, and curbs on commercial job sites
- Operate walk-behind and riding trowel machines
- Perform hand finishing to achieve high-quality surfaces
- Build forms and tie rebar
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional Saturday work as needed
- Start time typically 7:00 AM (may begin as early as 5:00 AM depending on pour schedule)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial concrete finishing
- Ability to operate power trowels (walk-behind and riding)
- Experience with forming and rebar tying
- Must have own basic hand tools (floats, trowels, edgers, knee boards, etc.)
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
