Rite Med Group is seeking compassionate, motivated Cardiology Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant to provide care in Assisted Living Facilities throughout Queens, Long Island, Bronx or Brooklyn, NY.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive cardiovascular assessments and physical exams
- Manage acute and chronic cardiac conditions under the supervision of a cardiologist
- Interpret diagnostic tests, including EKGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, and lab results
- Perform follow-up visits and medication management
- Educate patients and families about cardiovascular disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and treatment plans
- Document all patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
Qualifications
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in New York State
- Certification as an NP or PA required (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, etc.)
- Minimum of 6 month experience in given specialty
- Cardiology experience strongly preferred,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $155,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
