Ashley & Vance Engineering is looking for Structural Engineers to join our team in our San Luis Obispo, CA office location.

You’ll work alongside a skilled, supportive team that values mentoring and technical excellence. We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have two to five years of structural engineering experience
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis
- Have EIT Certification (PE preferred)
- Are ready to step into greater responsibility and continue advancing their career
