Restock inventory, supplies, sauces, and packaging for the next day
- Assist with dishwashing, trash removal, and equipment cleaning
- Help complete closing checklists and ensure tasks are finished before leaving
- Take ownership over deep cleaning of restaurant floors in the front and back of house
