Elkhart Indian Motorcycle is a Family run business that focuses on relationship based sales to connect with our customers on a deeper level than just numbers.
Responsibilities
- Build long lasting relationships with past, current, and potential customers
- Facilitate the sale of new and pre-owned motorcycles
- Achieve monthly individual and team sales goals and KPI's
- Maintain an up to date understanding of product lineup and product knowledge
Requirements
- Motorcycle riding experience required.
- Basic understanding of any sales process and how to engage customers.
- Ability to maintain professional conversation over the phone.
- Basic understanding of how to operate a computer.
- Capable of maintaining energy and focus while working on your feet throughout the day
- Ability to follow a sales process that is outlined in your training period.
Compensation
- The Sales Associate position a commission + base salary role that involves a training period before you are able to earn commission.
- Additional commission will be awarded on a percentage points basis for the upsale of backend products.

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; additional education or sales training is a plus
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
