Camellia Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dependable and team-oriented Dietary Aide to join our dietary department in Mobile, Alabama. This position is responsible for assisting with meal service, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and helping provide an excellent dining experience for our residents.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, works well with others, and takes pride in providing quality service and care.
Assist with meal preparation and tray setup
Deliver meals and snacks to residents
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen and dining areas
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist cooks and dietary staff as needed
Ensure residents receive meals according to dietary needs and preferences
Provide friendly and professional customer service to residents and staff
Previous dietary or food service experience preferred, but not required
Healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
