Responsibilities
- Instruct students in various dance styles.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different skill levels.
- Educate students on dance techniques, choreography, and performance skills.
- Create a supportive atmosphere that promotes confidence and personal growth.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Collaborate with other instructors to design curriculum that meets educational standards.
- Engage with parents and guardians regarding student development and progress.
- Participate in community events and performances to showcase student achievements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dance Instructor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various dance styles.
- Background in Special Education or Early Childhood Education is a plus.
- Ability to develop educational materials and curriculum for diverse learners.
- Familiarity with childhood development principles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire students of all ages.
