Job Description
- Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail
- Other clerical duties including managing email correspondence
- Serve as the backup for core office teams, stepping in to assist with purchasing, basic accounting, and HR tasks as needed
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Establish and follow procedures with accuracy
Qualifications
- 5 years of administrative or operational support experience
- Proven ability to pivot quickly and stay organized when daily tasks or priorities change
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic familiarity or willingness to learn core business functions, including basic accounting, general HR administration, or purchasing support
- Excellent planning, organizational and written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
- Positive, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player

Starting from $30-$35/hour
Plus Discretionary Profit Sharing Bonus
