Duties
- Provide attentive, personalized service to guests onboard yachts, including serving meals, beverages, and managing guest requests with professionalism and warmth
- Assist with yacht maintenance tasks such as rigging checks, mechanical troubleshooting, and basic repairs to ensure vessel safety and functionality
- Support estate operations by managing household inventories, coordinating vendors, and overseeing maintenance schedules for property upkeep
- Prepare and cook meals as needed, demonstrating culinary skills that cater to client preferences while maintaining high standards of hospitality
- Manage logistical details such as organizing events, setting up entertainment systems, and ensuring all areas are pristine and welcoming
- Conduct routine safety checks on equipment, including rigging gear and mechanical systems, to uphold safety standards onboard and on the estate
- Offer exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs, maintaining discretion, and creating a welcoming environment at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in yachting or luxury hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of rigging procedures and mechanical systems on vessels or estates is a strong plus
- Proven ability to prepare quality meals and demonstrate culinary versatility
- Strong background in customer service or hospitality roles that require attention to detail and proactive engagement
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and responsibilities throughout the seasonal period
