Job Overview
Sage Group Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time Float/Resource RN opportunity. This role requires a confident RN with strong experience in Emergency Department (ED), Medical-Surgical (MS), and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) who can quickly adapt to changing patient care needs.
Compensation
- $31.00 - $43.00/hour (based on experience)
- $64,480 - $89,440 annually
- Relocation Reimbursement
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- Strong ED, Med/Surg, and PCU experience required
- Must be willing to float between units and assist where needed
- Rural or small hospital experience preferred
- BLS & ACLS required
- PALS or ENPC required within 6 months of hire
- COVID-19 vaccination required
