About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated CNC Turning Specialist to join our precision manufacturing team. You will be instrumental in driving production excellence by transforming raw materials into high-tolerance components, utilizing your expertise in CNC lathe operation to ensure every piece meets rigorous quality standards.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex setups and operate CNC turning centers to manufacture precision components based on detailed engineering prints.

Optimize machine performance by monitoring cycles and performing real-time adjustments to maximize throughput and quality.

Proactively maintain equipment health through routine inspections and technical troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Validate component integrity by utilizing precision metrology tools to ensure strict adherence to design specifications.

Partner with cross-functional teams to refine manufacturing workflows and solve complex production challenges.

Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent.

Demonstrated experience operating CNC lathe equipment with a solid grasp of machining fundamentals.
