We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering multi-line phone systems and responding to inquiries.
- Handle reservations and check-ins/check-outs efficiently using appropriate software.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions through data entry and filing.
- Provide support for administrative tasks such as calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed, including invoicing and payment processing.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience.
Skills
- Experience with RDP helpful but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional support.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in hospitality or medical settings is advantageous (e.g., dental receptionist or medical receptionist experience).
- Effective phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for handling inquiries professionally.
- Capable of proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
