Private Duty Clinical Program Manager (PDCPM)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Private Duty Clinical Program Manager (PDCPM) to provide overarching leadership, expertise, and program development across all our Private Duty Nursing (PDN) teams and clinical leads. Serving as the primary subject matter expert for existing and expanding markets, you will ensure clinical compliance, refine nursing standards, and drive safe, high-quality practices company-wide.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with various leadership teams, directly reporting to the Director of PDN and the Company Director of Clinical Operations.
Overview
- Location: Hybrid position with potential travel that may be required for trainings, office visits, state audits/surveys and company events
- Status: Full Time
- Compensation: $100,000 salary
- Expected hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm PST
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership & Standardisation: Develop, monitor, and align clinical structures, standards, and training across all PDN teams and inter departmental leadership.
- Market Expansion & Compliance: Review clinical standards for new PDN markets, design implementation plans, and consult on internal, state specific, and national licensing audits.
- Quality & Performance Improvement: Drive Quality Assurance and Process Improvement (QAPI) data collection and evaluation. Develop tools for Clinical Supervisor (CS) goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee improvement plans.
- Talent Development & Hiring: Coordinate and participate in clinical supervisor interviews, contribute to retention/recruitment strategies, and provide clinical guidance during monthly CS meetings.
- Strategic Projects & Best Practices: Lead ad-hoc clinical leadership projects and travel as needed for conferences, retreats, and industry events to keep our practices on the cutting edge.
Qualifications & Experience
- Licensure & Field Knowledge: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with a BSN and direct Private Duty Nursing (PDN) experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Competent in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
- Adaptability & Precision: Detail-oriented with a proven track record of navigating unfamiliar systems, regulatory frameworks, and complex standards.
- Communication & Autonomy: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Management experience overseeing RNs or clinical leadership teams within a Private Duty Nursing setting.
