Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our fast-paced warehouse team. Duties
- Receive incoming shipments by verifying quantities and inspecting for damages using RF scanners and other warehouse management tools
- Prepare outgoing orders by picking items accurately with order pickers and using reach trucks or pallet jacks for movement
- Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation according to shipping standards
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols using forklifts, reach trucks, or pallet jacks
- Conduct regular stock replenishment and organize warehouse distribution to optimize space and accessibility
- Assist with order fulfillment processes including picking, packing, stocking, and order verification to meet delivery deadlines
- Responsible for recycling of scraped paper and scrap trailer
Requirements
- Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in shipping & receiving operations
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks safely and effectively
- Strong basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and documentation accuracy
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, load & unload trucks, and standing for extended periods

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
