Real Estate Transaction CoordinatorRaven Residential Group · eXp Realty · Austin, TX
Full-Time · Salaried · In-Office · $70,000–$80,000
About Us
Raven Residential Group exists to make people feel at home. We're a fast-growing real estate team in Austin powered by a high-volume YouTube lead engine and driven by our HOMIE values — Hospitality, Ownership, Mastery, Intentionality, and Extra Mile. We treat every client like family, serve as trusted advisors rather than just salespeople, and handle every detail with care. Those aren't just words — they're how we show up every single day.
The Role
This is a mission control position. You won't just be managing contracts — you'll be a deeply embedded presence in every client relationship from the moment our Team Lead & Founder introduces you through closing day. The right person here can eventually run the full client experience independently, freeing our Team Lead & Founder to focus on lead generation, coaching, and growth.
We're hiring for the vision, not just the baseline. That means we're looking for someone who is — or is determined to become — a proactive client advocate who anticipates needs, owns the process, and makes every buyer or seller feel completely taken care of.
What You'll Own
Transaction Management
Manage all buyer and seller transactions from contract to close. Coordinate with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and all vendors. Track deadlines, documents, and compliance requirements with zero drop-offs. Maintain accurate client records in Follow Up Boss (our CRM).
Listing Coordination & Prep
Coordinate all pre-listing activities — staging, photography, cleaning, inspections, contractor scheduling. Schedule and confirm all appointments on behalf of clients and vendors. Serve as the primary point of contact for all listing logistics from day one.
Client Communication & Experience
Provide proactive, high-touch communication to every client throughout their transaction. Anticipate client needs and resolve concerns before they're asked. Maintain client confidence through every stage — from pre-listing through closing day. Step in for showings on behalf of the showing agent when needed.
Client Advising Support
Shepherd buyers and sellers through offers, negotiations, and key decisions. Prepare clients for every next step so they're never surprised. Operate within our Smooth Selling System and Homerun Buying Method. Participate in client calls and serve as the Team Lead & Founder's trusted second voice.
