About the role
Every role on this careers page is yours to fill. You'll own hiring across go-to-market, engineering, and operations as we scale — running the full cycle and building a hiring machine, not just filling seats.
What you'll do

Own requisitions end-to-end: sourcing, screening, structured interviews, offer, and onboarding handoff

Build proactive sourcing pipelines for hard-to-fill roles (enterprise sales, healthcare integration engineering)

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, and interview loops

Deliver an excellent candidate experience at startup speed

Track and improve hiring metrics: pipeline conversion, time-to-fill, source effectiveness

Promote the Transform9 employer brand through channels and local networks

Full-time onsite at our Birmingham, AL office.
Requirements

2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or agency-side

Experience hiring for both technical and go-to-market roles

Experience recruiting in an early-stage startup environment

General fluency in recruiting systems, including ATS, interview scheduling tools, scorecard workflows, and reporting dashboards

Demonstrated sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter; experience using Boolean search and sourcing through professional communities is a plus

Structured interviewing and candidate assessment experience

Data-driven approach to pipeline management

Experience taking intake meetings, shaping scorecards and interview loops, and working directly with founders and functional leaders
