Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients' medical histories and assess their conditions to develop individualized treatment plans.

Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to help patients improve mobility, relieve pain, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Educate patients and their families about the recovery process, home exercises, and preventive measures.

Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to coordinate patient care effectively.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress reports, and billing information in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Active FL Physical Therapist License.

BLS (CPR) Certification.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred.

Proven experience working as a Physical Therapist in a clinical setting, preferably with diverse patient populations.

Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities, including exercise prescription, manual therapy, and therapeutic modalities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, ensuring high-quality patient care and documentation.
