Minimum of two (2) years overall IT experience, with at least two (2) years in Microsoft 365 / SharePoint solution architecture, administration, support, implementation, and upgrades.
Demonstrated experience building and supporting Modern SharePoint Architecture , including information architecture, site design, permissions/security models, and governance-aligned configuration standards.
Hands-on experience delivering SharePoint Document Management solutions, including Content Types, site columns/metadata, library configuration (versioning, approvals, views), and document lifecycle practices.
Experience maintaining a records retention file plan in SharePoint libraries through configuration, metadata, and automation.
Minimum of two (2) years development experience using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 tools) to deliver workflow automation, forms/apps, and integrated solutions supporting business processes.
Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation for SharePoint/Microsoft 365 administration, bulk operations, reporting, troubleshooting, and repeatable operational tasks.
Experience in the full solution delivery lifecycle (requirements gathering/business analysis, design, build, testing/UAT, deployment, training, and ongoing support), including producing clear technical documentation and end-user materials.
Experience in large-scale migration efforts (file shares to SharePoint), including discovery, planning, metadata mapping, migration execution (e.g., ShareGate), validation, and decommissioning practices.
Experience governing and supporting Microsoft Teams and OneDrive environments to align with business policies, compliance requirements, and organizational goals.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; Access as applicable).
