We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, or clients’ employees, and our clients’ visitors. This role requires strong observation skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR when necessary.
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents.
- Manage conflicts effectively to de-escalate situations and ensure safety.
- Document incidents, observations, and any actions taken in detailed reports.
- Participate in loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR; certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with security protocols.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Must pass drug test
- Level 2 and Level 3 Private Security Pocket Card is preferred
- Must be able to lift 30lbs or over
