Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to warehouse tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in warehouse management systems and logistics processes while contributing to the seamless distribution of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- 12 hr shifts weekends Friday - Sunday overtime required
- 5am-5pm
- 7am-7pm
- 9am-9pm
- picking & packing
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move inventory efficiently
- Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management software and RF scanners to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into inventory management systems and ERP platforms
- Prepare shipments by packaging products according to specified standards and coordinating with shipping logistics teams
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment preferred; certification is a plus
- Knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and load & unload procedures
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items safely
- Effective communication skills for teamwork and customer service interactions
