We're hiring experienced CDL Class A OTR Drivers on the East Coast who want consistent miles, modern equipment, competitive pay, and a company that rewards safe driving.
Pay & Bonus Opportunities
- Base Pay: $0.50 - $0.55 CPM based on experience and safety record + $.08/mile total bonus pay
- Average over 2,500 - 3,000 miles per week
- $250 Orientation Pay after 2 weeks
- Direct Deposit

Monthly Mileage Bonus Program
Earn additional CPM based on monthly delivered miles:
- 8,000 - 8,999 miles = +$0.01 CPM
- 9,000 - 9,999 miles = +$0.02 CPM
- 10,000 - 10,999 miles = +$0.03 CPM
- 11,000 - 11,999 miles = +$0.04 CPM
- 12,000 - 12,999 miles = +$0.05 CPM
- 13,000 - 13,999 miles = +$0.06 CPM
- 14,000+ miles = +$0.07 CPM
Monthly Safety Bonus
Stay safe and get rewarded!
Drivers who complete an entire month with no safety violationsearn:
- +$0.01 CPM for mileage-paid drivers
- +$0.50 per hour for hourly-paid drivers

- Trucks governed at:
- 68 MPH on pedal
- 70 MPH on cruise control

Driver-Friendly Policies
- Rider Policy (13 years and older)
- Pet Policy (up to 30 lbs with a $500 deposit)
- Drivers may take trucks and trailers home if safe parking is available
Freight & Routes
- OTR Dry Van Freight
- Consistent freight and miles
- Deliveries throughout most of the United States
- No Northeast Coast deliveries
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience
- MVR with 3 points or less
- Clean PSP and background check
- Must pass a DOT drug screen
- SAP drivers considered on a case-by-case basis and must be at Step 6 or higher in the SAP program
