- Total: 13-14 hours per week
- Flexible Summer Hours (ability to move sessions to an earlier time)
5 Days per Week:
- Thursday - Friday: 4:00-7:00 PM
- Weekend (1 Day): 3-4-hour session
- 2 Weekdays: 2-hour sessions
- Ability to choose which weekend day and 2 additional weekdays

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver individualized treatment plans and provide one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA.
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
- Collect and record accurate data on client progress, behavior, and responses.
- Collaborate with the BCBA to adjust intervention strategies as needed.
- Maintain a professional, compassionate, and ethical approach to all interactions.
- Foster a positive, engaging environment for clients to promote growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain certification.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations (within 5-10 miles).
- Must pass a background check.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
