Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with business goals, focusing on digital channels such as social media, email marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels to maximize ROI.
- Utilize SEO tools and techniques to improve organic search rankings, conduct keyword research, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Oversee content creation efforts including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia production using Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and content management systems like WordPress.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, SQL queries, and other analytics tools to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for conversion optimization.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support B2B marketing initiatives and enhance lead generation efforts through targeted campaigns.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline workflows, nurture leads, and improve overall campaign performance.
Skills
- Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), SEM techniques, and keyword research methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of social media management platforms & previous experience with Facebook Advertising and other social media marketing tools.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, graphic design principles, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems such as WordPress.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools for personalized outreach campaigns.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies including performance marketing, conversion optimization, e-commerce promotion, and analytics-driven decision making.
- Ability to conduct detailed market research using SQL queries or similar data analysis techniques to inform strategy.
- Excellent copywriting skills combined with creative content creation abilities tailored for diverse audiences across multiple channels.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing practices and social media management to engage professional audiences effectively.
