We're seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney who thrives in a fast-paced practice, values excellence, and is committed to delivering exceptional client service.
Manage a diverse caseload involving commercial, business, municipal, construction, employment, and insurance defense litigation.
Conduct in-depth legal research and develop effective case strategies.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation documents.
Attend client meetings, hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
Prepare cases for trial and actively participate in all phases of litigation.
Collaborate with attorneys and clients to achieve successful outcomes.
Utilize legal technology and automation tools to improve efficiency.
Maintain accurate time entries, file management, and compliance with firm standards.
Active Alabama Bar license in good standing.
3+ years of civil litigation experience.
Experience in commercial, business, construction, employment, municipal, or insurance defense litigation preferred.
Trial experience is a plus.
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal document management systems.
Outstanding communication, professionalism, and client relationship skills.
