FINCH is seeking a creative, organized, and highly visual storyteller to help bring our brand to life.
This is an opportunity to help shape the voice and visual identity of a growing lifestyle brand rooted in timeless design, craftsmanship, gardens, vintage furniture, and thoughtfully designed products.
You'll work alongside our founders and our marketing agency to capture the everyday moments, product launches, events, and stories that make FINCH unique.
What You'll Do:
Content Creation
- Capture high-quality photo and video content in multiple locations regionally
- Produce engaging short-form video for Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Photograph new product launches, vintage arrivals, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Organize and maintain a growing library of brand assets
Social Media Coordination
- Manage the weekly content calendar
- Coordinate content needs with founders, product launches, photographers, artists, and our marketing agency
- Assist in scheduling approved content across social platforms
- Ensure launches, events, and campaigns stay on schedule
- Assist with community engagement and monitoring comments and messages when needed
Brand Support
- Help maintain product photography standards for Shopify
- Assist with email marketing imagery and website image updates
- Support in-store events and content creation during launches
- Stay current on social media trends while maintaining the distinct FINCH brand voice
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has an exceptional eye for composition, design, and storytelling
- Is naturally organized and enjoys planning projects
- Loves photography and video creation
- Understands Instagram and TikTok beyond simply posting content
- Can work independently while managing multiple projects
- Enjoys collaborating with creative people
- Appreciates architecture, interiors, furniture, gardens, art, and thoughtful design
Qualifications
- Experience creating content for brands or personal accounts with strong visual quality
- Comfortable shooting and editing content on iPhone
- Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, Canva, or similar tools
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Meta Business Suite is a plus
Compensation
- Part-time (approximately 20–25 hours per week)
- Flexible scheduling, including some weekends and special events
- Competitive hourly compensation based on experience
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
