Lead Teacher – Early Childhood Education
Kiddie Campus is looking for a passionate, dependable, and nurturing Lead Teacher to join our growing team!
As a Lead Teacher, you will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. We are seeking someone who loves working with children, values teamwork, and is committed to providing high-quality early childhood education.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and classroom activities
- Create a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
- Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Maintain daily classroom schedules and routines
- Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being
- Complete daily reports, photos, and documentation through ProCare
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization
- Communicate effectively and professionally with families
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership team members
- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and center policies
- Guide and support assistant teachers within the classroom
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous childcare, preschool, or early childhood education experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Must pass all required background checks and meet Arkansas licensing requirements
