Clark Plumbing is seeking an experienced and motivated Plumbing Service Manager to lead our residential and commercial service operations in Montgomery, Alabama. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven background in plumbing service, team management, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for overseeing service technicians, managing daily operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of plumbing service technicians.
- Schedule and dispatch service calls efficiently.
- Monitor technician performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop service personnel.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with local codes and company standards.
- Review estimates, invoices, and service reports for accuracy.
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive client relationships.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with company leadership to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Maintain inventory, equipment, and fleet accountability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing service experience.
- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with dispatching, scheduling, and service management software.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to motivate teams and drive results.
