Key Responsibilities
Driving & Delivery:
- Safely operate a company vehicle to complete multi-stop deliveries along designated routes.
- Follow all traffic regulations and company safety policies.
- Accurately verify invoices and ensure on-time, complete deliveries to customer locations.
Product Handling & Merchandising:
- Load and unload products, handling packages up to 30 lbs. consistently.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain attractive and organized displays.
- Ensure that merchandising meets brand and store standards at each location.
Sales & Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular interaction.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products to increase sales.
- Execute upselling and cross-selling techniques to drive revenue growth.
- Track and report on customer feedback, market trends, and product opportunities.
Returns & Inventory:
- Manage and document returned or damaged goods according to company policy.
- Monitor inventory levels on delivery routes and inform the team of any supply needs.
Communication & Reporting:
- Communicate delivery issues, customer concerns, or route challenges promptly to internal teams.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, sales activities, and customer interactions.
General Support:
- Assist with special projects and operational needs as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. repeatedly and perform regular bending, kneeling, and walking.
- Customer Service: Strong communication skills, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience: Previous experience in delivery, merchandising, or sales is preferred but not required.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
- Keen attention to detail for product placement and invoice accuracy.
- Experience using handheld delivery tracking tools or CRM systems.
- Enthusiasm for sales with a willingness to learn upselling techniques.
Compensation
- Base Pay: $16hr
- Annual Range: $30,000 – $35,000+ per year
