- Assist in training new staff on best practices for client services and call center operations.
- Support multilingual clients by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing our ability to serve diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
