What You'll Do:
- Evaluate and treat women with pelvic floor dysfunction, postpartum issues, and orthopedic conditions
- Collaborate with a team and provide compassionate, holistic care
- Educate and empower patients to take ownership of their health
- Support workshops, events, and clinic outreach
- Participate in ongoing training and clinic development
- Participate in onsite mentorship program
Schedule:
Full-time position ranging from 32 to 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday scheduling with flexibility on start and end times based on clinic needs and personal preferences. We'll work with you to find what works best for you and for the patients we serve.
What We're Looking For:
- DPT or MPT, licensed (or license-eligible) in Texas
- At least 1 year of experience in outpatient or pelvic health preferred
- Training in pelvic floor PT or willing to begin coursework within 90 days
- Strong communicator, team player, and self-starter
- Comfortable discussing out-of-network care and patient investment
