We are looking for a Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages. Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, taking orders. To be successful in this role, you should have outstanding customer service skills and is eager to learn. You are able to adapt to a quick work environment and move quickly during times of rush.
Note: this position’s compensation includes salary and tips. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent drinking experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Prepare coffee and other beverages as followed by recipe and/or to the customer's preference
- Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
- Keep area clean at all times
- Maintain stock of cups, lids, coffee beans, etc.
- Make sure any equipment used is working properly and to report if any maintenance is needed to shift leader in charge
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
