As a Squad Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in developing our culture, leading shifts, coaching team members, and helping us establish the standard for excellence from day one.
What you’ll do
- Lead shifts and support daily operations.
- Coach, develop, and encourage team members.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Assist with training and onboarding.
- Work closely with the Squad General Manager and leadership team.
- Lead by example and create a positive work environment.

- Previous restaurant, retail, or hospitality leadership experience.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A passion for developing people and serving guests.
